A Workplace Wellness Assessment might be conducted if the employer is trying to discover the cause of a persistent problem, or if there has been a rash of complaints about a particular issue, or issues. A Workplace Assessment can be conducted in a situation that has not yet resulted in a complaint being filed.
CHR can identify conditions, made visible through the Workplace Assessment, and highlight conditions of work that contribute to workplace conflict.
