All services are available in both official languages.

Workplace Reviews:

  • Required to address systemic issues and symptoms (i.e. high turn over and absenteeism, low morale and productivity, etc.);
  • Investigation considers opinions, attitudes, feelings and motives, not just facts;
  • Based on a representative sample;
  • Broad based process designed to address ingrained structural or organisational problems.

Situational Assessments:

  • Short preliminary investigation;
  • Used to determine if complaint, as stated, constitutes harassment and/or is factually believable;
  • Results in cost and time savings;

Expedited Investigations:

  • Focus is on allegations only, no systemic issues;
  • Results in substantial time and cost savings of up to 50%;
  • Valuable in limited circumstances;
  • Resolves a problem but not a situation;
  • Requires specialized Terms of Reference;
