All services are available in both official languages.
Workplace Reviews:
- Required to address systemic issues and symptoms (i.e. high turn over and absenteeism, low morale and productivity, etc.);
- Investigation considers opinions, attitudes, feelings and motives, not just facts;
- Based on a representative sample;
- Broad based process designed to address ingrained structural or organisational problems.
Situational Assessments:
- Short preliminary investigation;
- Used to determine if complaint, as stated, constitutes harassment and/or is factually believable;
- Results in cost and time savings;
Expedited Investigations:
- Focus is on allegations only, no systemic issues;
- Results in substantial time and cost savings of up to 50%;
- Valuable in limited circumstances;
- Resolves a problem but not a situation;
- Requires specialized Terms of Reference;
