MEDIATION
We offer a complete mediation service designed to meet the special requirements of the department including:
- Preparation of Agreement to Mediate prior to commencement of mediation;
- Use of an impartial interest based approach designed to achieve a final resolution;
- Identification and inclusion of needed individuals/parties during mediation process;
- Preparation of Terms of Settlement;

- Assistance in preparation of Terms of Reference;

- An unbiased and interest-based approach to conducting investigations, ensuring all parties are fully heard;
- Identification and review of systemic problems which may exist within a unit/group which can contribute to complaint;

SPECIALTY INVESTIGATIONS
Workplace Reviews:
- Required to address systemic issues and symptoms (i.e. high turn over and absenteeism, low morale and productivity, etc.);
