Over 5,000 professionals trained as Harassment Advisors and Harassment Investigators.

ADR/MEDIATION

230 DND personnel trained in ADR principles. Created 5 conflict resolution pilot sites for DND (Halifax, Ottawa, Borden, Winnipeg & Edmonton).

Created communication plan, course training standards, best practices review, evaluation plan, select case mediation plan, resource inventory and implementation options plan for DND.

Conducted over 3,800 days of investigation to date for various departments and agencies including:

Approximately 95% of all our investigations result in final closure upon delivery of final report. The remaining 5% have never been successfully appealed.
